Located just beyond Durham's infamous "Can Opener" bridge lies the Can Opener Food Truck Park, where you can find this incredible gem of a breakfast burrito. They offer other breakfast dishes like omelettes, sandwiches, they even have a bagel sandwich. But the burritos are the star of the show. I love their Queenrito with Chicken Chorizo, it is an incredibly flavorful dish, and paired with their incredible salsa you've got a real winner. The woman who works the window is so friendly as well. Just an all around great experience eating here.

I just absolutely had the greatest breakfast burrito in my life. I absolutely love when you can customize The burrito to how you want. The are offering a special breakfast Philly cheesesteak but I also wanted chorizo, I asked them to add it in and she said absolutely! It was actually amazing. By far, easily the greatest breakfast burrito I’ve had in my life. Not to mention how delicious that salsa was. Wow! I’m coming back!

This is my favorite place to eat in Durham. My wife and I try to go at least once a month, but in the fall, when the weather is nice, it often turns into once a week. The menu has something for everyone—burritos, quesadillas, sandwiches, bagel sandwiches, and even omelets. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order, but always ask for a side of salsa. It’s delicious. One of the owners (I presume), who is always working at the front of the truck, is exceedingly kind and always takes great care of her customers. I’ll be a customer for life.

At the Durham “Can Opener” low bridge- an outstanding chicken chorizo breakfast burrito, and - I understand - a great meat lover’s breakfast burrito. Delivered to your table. Full array of drinks and cocktails fees available inside.

I've have just about everything on the menu but always fall back on the burrito, with sausage. The little cup of hot sauce is so good. The service is way more than any food truck I have ever been to, very friendly and will just come find you with your food no numbers or buzzer just great service. Price is acceptable and you get good value. someone making it for me is worth it. And I didn't need to buy a flattop and a fryer lol
